  • I wore larger shirts so the flab at the top of my pants didn't show so well. I HATED that roll of flab!
  • I'd look at my arms and find strands of hair from my head. My hair was shedding, thinning, and looking super bad. My hair looked miserable (and I am a licensed cosmetologist!!)
